We are pleased to announce that Tone O. Sandvik has joined IK Group as Executive Vice President Sales.
Tone brings over 20 years of experience in technology, with a strong focus on sales management and leadership. Throughout her career, she has also worked in delivery leadership, sales, and business development, most recently leading the Data & AI team at Accenture in Stavanger.
With a genuine interest in sales, AI, and leadership, and a passion for working within these fields, Tone holds an Executive Master of Management from Handelshøyskolen BI (Business School) and thrives in learning environments.
In her new role, Tone will have overall responsibility for the continued professionalisation of sales across all IK Group entities, working closely with teams across the organisation to strengthen commercial capabilities, sales methodology, and execution.
Over the coming years, IK Group will invest significantly in sales competence, structure, tools, and collaboration across the organisation. Tone’s expertise will be crucial in supporting our ambitious growth targets towards 2030.
