STAVANGER, Norway. – Equinor Energy AS has entered into a framework agreement with IK-Norway AS for 2 years with an option to extend by a further 4 years. The framework allows IK-Norway to provide AOGV live system isolation technology and services to Equinor.
The technology makes it possible to:
• Increase uptime by moving scope out of Turnaround
• Isolate individual process trains, valves, heat exchangers or other parts of the process
• Increased up-time by reducing drainage, venting, purging & flushing
The AOGV live system isolation technology has been developed over the past 3 years and Equinor has been involved from the very beginning. Equinor has been a key player and support partner during the development and proving phases of the technology.
