We are excited to announce Marianne L. Sagerup as the newest member of the IK Group Board.
Marianne is a seasoned legal and financial expert with over 10 years of experience advising investors, boards, and senior management. Holding an MBA in Corporate Finance and a Financial Analyst degree from NHH—Europe’s gold standard for finance professionals—she brings a wealth of knowledge to our team.
As a board director, Marianne excels at the intersection of law, finance, and strategy. She specializes in capital raising, investor relations, accounting analysis, and value/risk assessment. Throughout her career, Marianne has guided boards through equity and debt financing, incentive schemes, M&A, IPOs, growth strategies, commercial disputes, and crisis management—always aligning stakeholder interests.
Alongside our chairman, Hans Olav Hide, and fellow board members Solveig Holter, Arnstein Wee, and Christian Knutsen, we are excited to have Marianne on board.
