Hans Olav holds an MSc from NTNU, gained in 1984, and a Master of Energy Economics IFP (1988). He has extensive industrial entrepreneurial experience within oil and gas technology and service companies.

Hans Olav’s experience also includes working in private equity and venture sectors and with oil majors.

Solveig brings more than 30 years of experience and knowledge from her career with international experience in the oil and gas industry including Exploration & Production, Oil Trading, New Ventures and HR.
Having graduated with a Master of Science degree in Business at NHH, Norway, she joined Statoil in 1990 as an Analyst in Product Trading, before going on to hold roles in Supply Chain, Business Development, Commercial Resources and Global HR Deliveries Manager. Solveig was HR director in the global Acquaculture feed company, Skretting-Nutreco since 2013 and is currently holding the role as leader of Culture, Leadership & Competence in Sparebanken1 Sør-Norge (previously SR-Bank).

A legal and financial expert with 10+ years of experience advising investors, boards, and top management, Marianne holds an MBA in corporate finance and a financial analyst degree from NHH, Europe’s gold standard for finance professionals.

As a board director, she brings expertise at the intersection of law, finance, and strategy, specializing in capital raising, investor relations, accounting analysis, and value/risk assessment. Marianne has guided boards through equity and debt financing, incentive schemes, M&A, IPOs, growth strategies, commercial disputes, and distress, aligning stakeholder interests every step of the way.

Arnstein holds degrees in Electronics/Cybernetics from the University of Stavanger and UMIST in Manchester. With over 25 years in technology research, development, and commercialisation, he co-founded MPM (Multi Phase Meters), driving innovative multiphase flow measurement technology. After its invention and patenting, MPM was acquired by TechnipFMC and is now widely used in the global oil industry.
Arnstein’s extensive background includes venture capital and private equity, serving as an investor and board member for startups and larger industrial firms.
As the main force behind Eppus AS, established in 2001, he drives investment and technology development, with a keen focus on machine learning and artificial intelligence.

Christian boasts 36+ years in the offshore and subsea industry. He gained an MSc. in Structural Engineering from NTNU, and he has worked in various roles, including Project Engineer, Lead Engineer, Project Manager, Technical Director and Managing Director for companies such as Halliburton Subsea, RC-Subsea, Aker and Norpipe.
Christian joined IK in 2001 with a remit to head up projects and management related to the repair and modifications of pipelines, risers and flowlines. His extensive expertise spans both engineering and successful EPC project deliveries.
