Main responsibilities

  • Manage the human resources in IK Subsea, Norclamp and IK Topside
  • Strategically and operationally
  • Drive employee engagement and performance
  • Further develop and execute HR initiatives
  • Promote IK Group’s values in external and internal forums
  • Enable close customer relations and satisfaction
  • Organizational coaching to reach corporate goals

Experience (preferably)

  • 5 years’ experience from in the energy industry
  • International business experience
