Norclamp is seeking a commercially driven Vice President to establish and build a new business area. This role demands an independent approach to managing and executing international sales initiatives, with a focus on cultivating and strengthening business relationships. Success in this position hinges on your ability to deliver outstanding commercial results and integrate Norclamp products into IK Group’s overarching business strategy.

Key responsibilities:

• Establish and build a new business area.
• Drive commercial success on a global scale.
• Manage and execute international sales initiatives.

• Collaborate with other business units within IK Group.

Qualifications:

• Preferably a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, engineering or another related field.
• Understanding of the subsea industry and market dynamics.
• Extensive experience in international sales and relationship management.
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
